Stabilization Process

Step 1: Spreading
- Enduro-35 is spread prior to the spreading of cement powder.
- Spread cementor cementitious mixture on top of Enduro-35.
- Cement or cementitious mixture and Enduro-35 can be spread together if they are pre-blended.

Step 2: Tilling
- Specialty soil-cement tillers are utilized to incorporate the cement and Enduro-35 mixture into the in-situ soils creating a homogeneous blend.
- Tillers are set to your targeted stabilization depth and should be equipped with a moisture injection system.

Step 3: Compaction
- Standard compaction procedures follow immediately after the tilling process to lock-in the moisture added and ensure that the curing process happens with the mixture in-place.
- Equipment should be able to achieve a minimum of 95% compaction.

Step 4: Grading
- To ensure that the finished surfaces maintain proper drainage, the compacted soils must be graded to a consistent slope or crown.
- Pooling water can always slowly damage/weaken the stabilized surface, potentially leading to early failures.

Step 5: Finish Rolling
- The final step in the process is to smooth roll finish the graded and blended soils.
- Smooth rolling the surface further assists with the curing process and provides a quality base to which your topping material of choice (i.e. gravel, chipseal, asphalt, etc.) can be applied.
